Welcome to the KMA Foundation:
Advocates for Road Safety and Remembrance

Our Mission of Keeping Memories Alive

The KMA Foundation is deeply committed to the cause of road safety and honoring the memories of those who have tragically lost their lives in traffic accidents. Our foundation is a beacon of hope and support for families and communities affected by these devastating events. Through our advocacy efforts, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of safe driving and the implementation of stricter road safety measures. By providing scholarships, we invest in the education of young individuals who share our vision of a safer future. Our community events and programs serve as platforms for remembering our loved ones and promoting a culture of caution and responsibility on the roads.

One Curve At A Time

The “One Curve at a Time” program is a cornerstone initiative of the The KMA Foundation, focusing on identifying and improving hazardous curves and intersections on our roads. These areas are often the sites of preventable accidents, and by addressing them directly, we can significantly reduce the risk of future tragedies.

Take The Pledge

The KMA Foundation’s Pledge, an evolution from the One Curve at a Time initiative, is a personal commitment to prioritize safety on the roads. By taking the pledge, you join a community of individuals dedicated to preventing accidents, protecting lives, and honoring the memory of those we’ve lost. It’s a simple yet powerful promise to drive responsibly, stay attentive, and make safety your top priority. We especially encourage high school students to take this pledge, as young drivers play a crucial role in shaping the future of road safety.

Billboards

Our billboards deliver an impactful message that encourage safe driving behaviors and remind everyone of the importance of being vigilant on the roads. The KMA Foundation wants to thank the individuals and organizations for contributing their time, talents, and service that assisted in creating these billboards.

Road Clean Up

The KMA Foundation’s Road Clean Up Days are more than just an effort to beautify our highways; they are a tribute to the lives lost in traffic accidents and a call to action for safer driving habits. By sponsoring clean-up days along Hwy FF in Jefferson County, we honor the memory of Kaela Marie Archambault and others who have tragically died along this stretch of road. These events serve as a poignant reminder to all drivers to slow down, stay vigilant, and prioritize safety.

Golf
Tournament

Our annual golf tournament is a gathering of individuals who share a common goal of commemorating the lives of traffic accident victims and advocating for safer roads. Participants can enjoy a day of golf while contributing to our mission. The funds raised are crucial in supporting our road safety initiatives and educational scholarships.

5K Memorial
Run

The 5K Memorial Run is a heartfelt tribute to those we’ve lost in traffic accidents. It’s an opportunity for the community to come together, share stories, and take strides toward preventing future tragedies. The event also serves as a reminder of the importance of pedestrian safety and the need for vigilant driving.

Kickball Tournament

Our kickball tournament is a fun and engaging way to bring the community together in support of our cause. It’s an event that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and the collective effort to promote road safety. Participants of all ages can join in the fun and contribute to a safer driving environment.

Gala

The Gala is an elegant affair that provides an opportunity for reflection and remembrance. It’s a night to honor the lives of those who have been lost to traffic accidents and to celebrate the progress we’ve made in our road safety advocacy. The event is a key fundraiser for our foundation, supporting our ongoing programs and initiatives.
